Beginners Yoga (90 minutes)
Are you anxious or think you’re not flexible enough to take yoga? Then this yoga class is perfect for you! In Beginners Yoga you will learn all the yoga basics. The class moves at a very gentle pace, introducing the yoga postures as well as different aspects of yoga practice each week. You will leave each class feeling balanced, relaxed, present and upbeat.
Gentle/ Restorative Yoga (90 minutes)
A class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. All levels welcome..
Intermediate Yoga (90 minutes)
This class is an excellent continuation to Beginner Yoga or for anyone who has some previous yoga experience. Focus will be on refining the understanding of the alignment of standing poses while introducing twists, forward bends, balancing poses and basic breathing techniques. This is a perfect class if you are looking to deepen your knowledge of yoga and have a desire to make your practice of yoga a part of your overall well being.
Flow and Restore (60 minutes)
Unwind from your day as you move fluidly though poses to release tension and still the mind. Postures will allow for deep relaxation through restorative and yin yoga as well as breathing and mediation techniques. All levels welcome!
Express Flow (60 minutes)
This class will provide the total body, fat burning workout and lots of detoxifying sweat so you can get on with the rest of your day. This is a great class after a long work day to help you to get replenish, release stress and feel energized. Previous Yoga experience required.
Beginner Flow (60 minutes)
This class is suitable for beginners looking for a more descriptive class of the postures that moves at a slower pace. Beginners flow is designed to help students develop bodily awareness while learning the basics. Vinyasa flow places an emphasis on linking breath and movement where the postures flow together in dance like movement.
Intermediate Flow (75 minutes)
Intermediate flow is designed for students who have taken Beginners or Express flow and wish to enhance their practice and take it to the next level. This class will introduce more challenging postures while moving at a faster pace. Vinyasa flow places emphasis on linking the breath and movement where the postures flow together in a dance like movement.
All Levels Flow
This all levels class is recommended for experienced practitioners as well as newer students with the understanding of the basic sequences. Following the teacher’s cues, you’ll get to work at your own pace. Each class will include flowing sequences, hands-on assists, relaxation and meditation. Posture variations will be provided for all levels of practice.
Yin Yasa (60 minutes)
Great for all levels. This class pairs the gentle stretching and compression of Yin Yoga with the balance, flexibility, and strength-building benefits of Yang or Vinyasa Yoga. The first half of this class features a series of Yin poses tailored to prepare muscle and connective tissue for the gentle flow that follows the second half of the class. This creative practice is designed to optimize each pose to the body you bring to the mat on any given day.
Beginner Yoga and Meditation (90 minutes)
Begin with ease ful flowing movement connected to breath. Build strength, flexibility and balance through Yoga postures and sequences. Rest and relax deeply the last half hour of the class in supine restorative postures accompanied by guided meditation. Leave feeling settled, centered, and ready to greet the rest of your day. Beginners and anyone looking to mindfully explore body awareness, safe alignment and deep relaxation are welcomed.
Yang and Yin (75 minutes)
Find just the right balance between effort and ease to get you over the Wednesday hump. Start with a Yang flow and finish with stretchy relaxing Yin.
Tapas Flow (60 minutes)
Build inner fire (this is not a heated class) and reinforce your commitment to your practice. Tuesday Tapas features a mindful flow that builds strength, endurance and focus through creative sequencing and varied pacing.
