Our yoga program is designed to support our concept of community, fostering connection to each other and into deeper relationships with ourselves.
Our teachers offer an eclectic style of Hatha yoga & lead every class in a supportive way which encourages each student to move to his/her most effective level on that day, in that moment.

Beginners Yoga (90 minutes)
Are you anxious or think you’re not flexible enough to take yoga? Then this yoga class is perfect for you! In Beginners Yoga you will learn all the yoga basics. The class moves at a very gentle pace, introducing the yoga postures as well as different aspects of yoga practice each week. You will leave each class feeling balanced, relaxed, present and upbeat.
Gentle Restorative Yoga (90 minutes)
This class is a wonderful complement to an active yoga practice or lifestyle and stands alone as a proven therapy for chronic stress, high blood pressure, insomnia, trauma from past physical injuries, and other common ailments. Poses are designed to release deep-rooted tensions, often with the support of blankets and blocks. This class does not require flexibility or athleticism. By the end of your first class you will experience relief from neck, shoulder and back pain, reduced stress, increased energy and mental clarity, and deeper, more restful sleep. This class is appropriate for all levels, including beginners and gentle yoga students.
Intermediate Yoga (90 minutes)
This class is an excellent continuation to Beginner Yoga or for anyone who has some previous yoga experience. Focus will be on refining the understanding of the alignment of standing poses while introducing twists, forward bends, balancing poses and basic breathing techniques. This is a perfect class if you are looking to deepen your knowledge of yoga and have a desire to make your practice of yoga a part of your overall well being.
Advanced Yoga (90 minutes)
In this class you will go deeper into poses and hold them longer. The class integrates challenging poses with essential yoga moves to build power, precision, insight and ease. Focus will be on refining the understanding of the alignment of standing poses while working on revolved, balancing, twisting and inverted postures. This class will help you to demystify advanced yoga poses, showing you how sequencing helps you build up to them.
Yoga Flow – All Levels (90 minutes)
This is an alignment-based flow class open to all levels. Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, stimulate the nervous system and revitalize the body and mind. This class will offer modifications for beginners and options to challenge more advanced practitioners.
Vigorous Flow (90 minutes)
By linking movements to breath, this vinyasa class is suitable for intermediate and advanced yoga students. The class offers sun salutations, creative sequences, alignment principles, and breath work associated with each pose. This class includes foundational postures while also focusing on strengthening core muscle groups needed for arm balances, inversion, and other postures. Get ready to have fun, try new postures, and play towards your personal edge.
Lunch Time Retreat (60 minutes)
In this one hour class unplug, pause, calm the mind and see more clearly. Slow down and find peace amid the challenges of everyday living. You will leave this class refreshed and renewed, ready for the rest of your day and the weekend. All levels welcome!
New! Yoga for Stiff Guys and Gals (75 minutes)
This class will help you connect with your body in a positive way, through gentle yoga postures and sequences designed for people with stiff or larger bodies. Men and women of all shapes and sizes are welcome to attend, regardless of experience level or flexibility. You will learn safe alignment in yoga postures, how to smoothly transition from one posture to another, yogic breathing techniques for relaxation, stress relief and how to modify postures and use props to make yoga postures more accessible for your body.
