Class Description
Our yoga program is designed to support our concept of community, fostering connection to each other and into deeper relationships with ourselves.
Our teachers offer an eclectic style of Hatha yoga & lead every class in a supportive way which encourages each student to move to his/her most effective level on that day, in that moment.

Beginner Yoga
This class is suitable for beginning students to introduce them to the fundamentals of alignment and breath work. Primary poses and yoga basics will be taught, including the use of props. Emphasis will be on the standing poses, stretching and strengthening the legs, back and shoulders.
Intermediate Yoga
For students who have completed Beginner Yoga or have a previous yoga experience. Focus will be on refining the basic standing poses while building strength and introducing intermediate yoga poses with variations.
Advanced Yoga
In this class you will go deeper into poses and holding them longer. Focus will be on refining the understanding of the alignment of standing poses while introducing revolved, balancing, twisting and inverted postures.
Intermediate Flow
This class is designed to balance the subtle energetic centers within the body; removing physical and emotional blockages that hold us back and encouraging an overall feeling of well-being and peace within the practitioner. We will flow through a sequence of poses designed as meditation in motion, with a focus on breath-synchronized movement to root the practitioner in the present.
Advanced Flow
This class is a powerful, athletic, and graceful moving meditation drawing inspiration from ancient traditions of Ashtanga, principles from the Shadow School Yoga, Yoga Qigong, & Tai Chi. Challenge yourself with strength building, improved flexibility and range of motion while releasing excess muscular tension with relaxing supported postures.
Gentle Yin Yoga
A gentle practice for students of all levels. Poses are held passively for several minutes at a time to increase range of motion in the spine and hips and increase flexibility in the connective tissue. This styles of yoga encourages deep relaxation and vitality.
Lunch Time Retreat
In this one hour class unplug, pause, calm the mind and see more clearly. Slow down and find peace amid the challenges of everyday living. You will leave this class refreshed and renewed, ready for the rest of your day and the weekend.
Monthly Workshops
We offer a plethora of workshops throughout the month, including restorative yoga, yoga nidra or yoga sleep, meditation, therapeutic yoga and much more. Workshops are a great way to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga. Non-yoga related wellness workshops are also offered.
