Our yoga program is designed to support our concept of community, fostering connection to each other and into deeper relationships with ourselves.
Our teachers offer an eclectic style of Hatha yoga & lead every class in a supportive way which encourages each student to move to his/her most effective level on that day, in that moment.

Beginners Yoga (90 minutes)
Are you anxious or think you’re not flexible enough to take yoga? Then this yoga class is perfect for you! In Beginners Yoga you will learn all the yoga basics. The class moves at a very gentle pace, introducing the yoga postures as well as different aspects of yoga practice each week. You will leave each class feeling balanced, relaxed, present and upbeat.
Gentle Yoga (90 minutes)
A class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. All levels welcome..
Intermediate Yoga (90 minutes)
This class is an excellent continuation to Beginner Yoga or for anyone who has some previous yoga experience. Focus will be on refining the understanding of the alignment of standing poses while introducing twists, forward bends, balancing poses and basic breathing techniques. This is a perfect class if you are looking to deepen your knowledge of yoga and have a desire to make your practice of yoga a part of your overall well being.
Advanced Yoga (90 minutes)
In this class you will go deeper into poses and hold them longer. The class integrates challenging poses with essential yoga moves to build power, precision, insight and ease. Focus will be on refining the understanding of the alignment of standing poses while working on revolved, balancing, twisting and inverted postures. This class will help you to demystify advanced yoga poses, showing you how sequencing helps you build up to them.
Express Flow – All Levels (60 minutes)
This one hour class is designed to get you out the door in 1 hour. This class will provide the total body, fat burning workout and lots of detoxifying sweat so you can get on with the rest of your day. This is a great class after a long work day to help you to get replenish, release stress and feel energized. All levels welcome.
Vigorous Flow (90 minutes)
By linking movements to breath, this vinyasa class is suitable for intermediate and advanced yoga students. The class offers sun salutations, creative sequences, alignment principles, and breath work associated with each pose. This class includes foundational postures while also focusing on strengthening core muscle groups needed for arm balances, inversion, and other postures. Get ready to have fun, try new postures, and play towards your personal edge.
Lunch Time Retreat (60 minutes)
In this one hour class unplug, pause, calm the mind and see more clearly. Slow down and find peace amid the challenges of everyday living. You will leave this class refreshed and renewed, ready for the rest of your day and the weekend. All levels welcome!
Yin/Yang Yoga (75 minutes)
This is an all levels class,but also for those wanting to gain the benefits of a yin practice. It is also a great class for athletes who want a "work out" but need even more the restorative qualities of a yin practice. This class starts with a slow, warming, flow and ends with quiet, cooling "Yin" and restorative poses. Yin poses are passive, mainly floor poses that are held for several minutes to cultivate a meditative mindset and deeper physical opening targeting the layers of connective tissue in the body like the fascia, tendons, and ligaments.
Evening Unwind - All Levels ( 60 minutes )
Do you really need to do one more thing today? If the answer is no, COME to this class. Evening Unwind invites you to do less. Deeply relax; realign the body, mind and spirit. Gently work out accumulated tension and stress through slow moving yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation. This class is for anyone, beginner through experienced practitioner, who is looking to reduce stress and relax deeply. It may also benefit those experiencing insomnia, healing from injury, or experiencing chronic pain or illness.
