Appointments

Once you have requested or scheduled your appointment, if you are new to Awaken Wellness or it is your first appointment for this modility, take a moment to complete the appropriate
form(s) before arriving at the center. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. To help us keep the center a tranquil, relaxing and healing space we ask that cell phone conversations be completed and phones be turned off before entering the center.

Awaken Wellness has a 24 hour cancelation policy and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charge the full amount for the missed appointment. A credit card number is required to complete your reservation.
